RETURNS
Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Keep the product seal and serial code intact and record an unboxing video. Once verified, the return will be approved and a full refund will be processed.

REFUND
Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated once your cancellation is approved. Most bank refunds are completed within 3 to 5 business days depending on your payment provider.

Delivery & Address Changes
Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days in major cities. Delivery addresses can only be changed before the order is dispatched.

Product Quality & Usage
All QNT supplements are laboratory tested, suitable for vegetarians where applicable and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Whey Isolate may be suitable for people with lower lactose tolerance. Consult a healthcare professional if required.

Currently, QNT India delivers across India only. If a product is unavailable, you can choose either a refund or a replacement at the same price.
